Vel9 Studios was founded in May 2007 by Levan Iordanishvili with the purpose of providing a professional, reliable and accessible original music source.
Levan has composed music for Chillingo/EA's ORC: Vengeance, Draw Race 2 and Rogue Sky. Recently, Levan worked on Wayforward/Nickelodeon's iCarly Groovie Foodie for Nintendo DS and Majesco’s Hulk Hogan’s Main Event for Xbox Kinect.
His work on ORC: Vengeance was nominated for Best Handheld Audio -- Game Audio Network Guild Awards 2013. Levan received an award for ‘Outstanding Achievement in Composition’ while graduating magna cum laude from New York University with a B.M. in Music Composition and Theory.
Our commercial projects include Ubisoft’s Settlers 7 debut trailer, EA Sports’ soccer web series intro and Redbull's Rail Kombat. Additionally, through publishers, we have licensed over 1300 pieces to various media projects, for clients such as Toyota, Lufthansa and Burton.
